It takes a lot of item pedestals to make the locusts good.

@@zaperzero you can get a lot of pedestals easily, it's hard to get a lot of good pedestals, so you just spam as many locusts as you can and then you annihilate bosses with 15 locusts, it can be pretty boring due to lack of any synergies tho

@@XE4KO it's not easy to get 15 pedestals that you don't want + 60 rooms worth of charges to use them if you're past even as early as caves.

It’s a pretty good but boring item. Should prob be quality 3 tho

@@asianpablo1574 i usually thought it's good for it to be q4 but then i realized that spirit sword is q3 and this is also a boring but really good item in only 1 item pool (and ultra secret room) so yh, true

@@desicion1246 fumbling is your own fault though, binge eater is EXTREMELY good... you'll get health constantly, and on top of that, you basically get a mini red stew for each one

@@ALilBitofRandomness Void is good if you find a way to put a ton of pedestals in a room with bag of crafting or diplo or if you find a library, but it’s kinda mid for a q4 honestly. Compare void to other q4 items and it’s kinda mid especially since the stat ups it gives are barely even useful unless it’s damage or fire rate which i feel it rarely gives. Abyss is just boring and is only good if you have high base damage, and kinda sucks if you aren’t t Apollyon since there’s way better active items

@@idefkwiaamd i agree void is mid for a quality 4, but it's definitely very unique and CAN be really good which is why I thought it deserved quality 4. the stat ups can be useless, but if you're lucky it can be a pretty good source of damage and tears

@@XE4KO maybe but i hate tainted apollyon so i wouldn't know lol. from what I've seen though, basically most of the flies are useless and even if a certain item has a special fly synergy, 9 times out of 10 its just better to take the item and not abyss it

Nah abyss is actually quite a good item, it is very boring, and definitly not on par to be Q4, but Q3 is honestly fair for abyss i think

It's decent. Much better than void. But still, I would put it at the top of q3, considering something like Eve's mascara, rock bottom and dead eye are q3
